A very appealing semi-dried, smoked sausage made of moderately minced pork in a natural casing with a strong juniper flavour. The traditional simplicity of the recipe guarantees never-to-be-forgotten flavour and aroma. Delicious when served cold with bread/salad or hot with simple dishes (stews & pasta).
 
Shelf life: 35 days from the production date. Ingredients: pork meat 115g per 100g of the product, garnishing and seasoning (grinned juniper and black pepper), salt 2.6%.
Store at ambient temperature.
