 Delicious smoked dry sausage sticks with a distinctive aroma, made of coarsely minced pieces of cured pork in a thin natural casing. Kabanos' recipe originates from XVII century Eastern Poland borderland. This extremely popular long thin stick shape sausage makes a superb ambient snack you can eat on the go. Ideal as a snack or hors d'oevres. Packing: vacuum.
 
Shelf life: 45 days from the production date. Ingredients: pork meat 96% (154g of pork meat is used to make 100g of the product), pork fat, garnishing and seasoning (garlic, grinned caraway and black pepper), salt 2.7%.
Store at ambient temperature.
