Noble Ham
Succulent ham with a perfect
flavour, due to the noticeable wood smoke aroma; made from
a single large pork ham cut together
with rind and fat coating with specific & original cut
pattern. The recipe originates back to Magnate Courts in
Poland, during XVII - XVIII century. (Hence the name). Excellent
when served cold with bread, salad and other dishes.
