Hunter Sausage
Tender, semi-dry, smoked sausage
made of moderately minced pork in a natural casing with a
distinct pepper and
juniper flavour. Originally very popular with hunters who
would store the sausages in their belts, while on a hunting
trip and snack on them when hungry. Even today as this is
an ambient sausage (no need to be keep chilled); it makes
a perfect snack to carry while travelling. Delicious snack,
hor d'oevres or served with bread. Shelf
life: 35 days from the production date. Ingredients:
pork meat 112g per 100g of the product, garnishing and
seasoning (grinned juniper and black pepper), salt 2.6%.
Store at ambient temperature.
