Typical Polish breakfast sausage made from specially selected pork in a cellulose or natural casing. The specific production method and wood smoking used for these Frankfurters offers a distinctive, but subtle aroma and taste. Best served hot with bread/rolls either mustard, ketchup or horseradish sauce.
 
Shelf life: 26 days from the production date. Ingredients: pork meat 67%, garnishing and seasoning, salt 1.9-2.1%, fat 18%. Store at 4-8 °C
