Podwawelska Sausage
Smoked garlic sausage made from selected moderately minced pork in a natural casing. This delicacy, along with Krakowska and ¦l±ska, originates from the Małopolska art of cooking. It has been named after the King's Castle (Wawel) in Krakow. Delicious when served cooked, grilled or fried with mustard, ketchup & horseradish sauce.
 
Shelf life: 30 days from the production date. Ingredients: pork meat 83%, garnishing and seasoning, salt 1.9%.
Store at 4-8 °C
