Tongue Brawn This original delicatessen
product is hand-made from mainly coarsely minced brawn and
tongue meat. It enjoys a
distinct flavour of black pepper, caraway and marjoram. Salcesons
are popular with many delicatessen consumers and Italian
Salceson is also available for your eating pleasure.
Ideal served cold with bread and mustard or horseradish sauce.
Shelf life:
21 days from the production date. Ingredients: pork tongues,
brawn, pork rinds, garnishing and seasoning (black pepper,
garlic, marjoram, cloves), salt 2.2-2.5%, fat 25%. Store at 2-6 °C
