Made of selected pork loins de-fatted and de-boned. Smoked and cooked according to the traditional Polish recipe, which results in a delicious tender meat with a hint of beech wood smoke. This Polish delicatessen meat is very low in fat. Recommend best served cold with bread or salad and ideal for meat & buffet platters dishes. Packing: vacuum.
 
Shelf life: 30 days from the production date. Ingredients: pork loin 96%, garnishing and seasoning, salt 2.1%.
